Your questions, answered.
Everything to consider before your Élora experience.
✧How do I book a treatment?
Send a booking enquiry with your preferred treatment, date and time. We will agree availability and confirm the appointment personally. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
What is included in a package?
Each collection is planned around you. Proposed session counts, durations and inclusions must be confirmed in writing before you purchase. VIP experiences are bespoke, not unlimited treatments.
How long is my package valid?
Validity and expiry will be agreed before purchase. A validity period has not yet been confirmed for the proposed collections.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us to request a change. Cancellation notice periods, fees and rescheduling terms will be confirmed before your appointment.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
You can enquire about £40, £65, £150, £300, £500 or custom-value gift vouchers. Payment and digital delivery will be available once configured; an enquiry does not issue a voucher.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods and any instalment arrangements will be confirmed before purchase. Online checkout is not yet configured.
Is a massage suitable for me?
Please tell us about relevant medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries or allergies before booking. Suitability is assessed individually; seek advice from your healthcare professional when appropriate.
What qualifications do your therapists hold?
Verified therapist qualifications and credentials will be provided once confirmed by the business owner. Please enquire before booking.
How is my information used?
Your enquiry details are saved securely to help respond to your request. They are not visible to other visitors. Our draft privacy policy is awaiting owner review.
How do I enquire about a VIP experience?
Choose Élora Privé or Élora Royal Reserve and request a private consultation. Your sessions, treatments, duration, priority options and validity are agreed individually.
